Self declaration of product quality and service quality.

Quality commitment:

We promise that the manufacturer shall ensure that the products provided are brand new, unused, and meet the performance and quality requirements specified in the contract. Within 24 months from the date of shipment, if the valve is damaged due to material defects, manufacturing quality, design, or other reasons under normal operating conditions specified in the product manual, the manufacturing unit is responsible for free warranty or replacement of parts or the entire product.

Service commitment:

We promise to respond within 2 hours after receiving customer calls or faxes.
