Pneumatic control valves are driven by compressed gas as the power source, cylinders as actuators, and accessories such as valve positioners, converters, solenoid valves, holding valves, gas storage tanks, and gas filters to achieve switch or proportional adjustment. They receive control signals from industrial automation control systems to regulate various process parameters such as flow rate, pressure, temperature, and liquid level of the pipeline medium. The characteristics of pneumatic control valves are simple control, fast response, and intrinsic safety, without the need for additional explosion-proof measures.

Precautions for use

1、 This valve should be stored in a dry room, and both ends of the passage must be blocked. No stacking or storage allowed.

2、 Long term stored regulating valves should be regularly inspected to remove dirt. Anti rust oil should be applied to all moving parts and processing surfaces to prevent rusting.

3、 This valve should be installed on a horizontal pipeline and must be installed vertically. The valve stem is facing upwards.

4、 Compulsory courses should be installed according to the direction of medium flow indicated by the arrow in the diagram.
