Structural principle:

Pneumatic low-temperature consists of a pneumatic thin film actuator and low-temperature resistant single and double seat valves. The signal pressure from the regulator is input into the air chamber of the pneumatic thin film actuator, generating thrust. The valve core is driven by the connecting rod, and the change in the position of the valve core changes the flow cross-sectional area of the valve, achieving the regulation of the medium flow rate.

Notes:

1、It should be installed vertically on a horizontal pipeline. In special circumstances where horizontal or inclined installation is required, support should generally be added. The circular board installed on the wall of the insulation box should be parallel to the wall of the insulation box.
2、It should be installed near the ground or floor for maintenance and repair purposes. For those equipped with a locator or handwheel mechanism, observation, adjustment, and operation should be ensured to be convenient.
3、Generally, a bypass pipeline is installed to switch to manual operation in case of malfunction or maintenance of the automatic control system, so as not to stop production.
4、When equipped with a handwheel mechanism, manual operation can also be omitted when bypassing the pipeline, and it can also be used to limit the opening. When stopped from use, the handwheel mechanism must be restored to its original neutral position to facilitate the normal operation of the automatic control system.
5、When installing, the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the direction indicated by the valve body.
6、Before installation, the pipeline should be cleaned of dirt and welding slag. After installation, fully open and clean the pipelines, and test the sealing of each connection. Valve regulating valve regulating valve regulating valve regulating valve.
