Definition:

It is composed of a V-shaped ball valve and a rotary electronic valve driving device, with two sealing forms: soft seal and metal hard seal. It is powered by a power source and receives a 4-20mA DC control signal to change the valve opening, thereby achieving control of process parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, and liquid level.

Features:

Due to its simple flow path and small flow resistance, the V-shaped ball valve has a larger flow capacity.

The adjustable ratio can reach 300:1, far greater than straight through single and double seat regulating valves.

Has a high sealing level: The leakage level of the soft sealing structure is GB/T4213VI level. The leakage level of hard sealed structures is GB/T4213VI level.

The electric V-shaped ball valve has a right angle rotating structure, which has a strong shear effect when the ball core rotates relative to the valve seat. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for regulating and controlling media with fibers and small particles.

Structural characteristics and principles:

The electric V-shaped regulating ball valve is composed of two parts: a ball valve and an actuator. Under the action of control signals, the ball valve core is driven by the output shaft of the electric actuator connected to it to rotate 0-90 °, thereby changing the flow area and achieving the purpose of regulating flow. A bracket is used to fix the ball valve and the actuator. The conversion of positive and negative action modes is more convenient, as long as the initial position of the valve core is rotated 90 °, the conversion of action modes can be achieved.

Simple structure and easy maintenance. Small in size and easy to install.
