Introduction:

The ball of pneumatic three-way flange ball valve is divided into L-shaped and T-shaped. The pneumatic actuator drives the ball to rotate 90 degrees to achieve the control purpose of direction change, or to rotate 180 degrees to achieve the control purpose of direction change and flow separation. The direct connection between the actuator and the valve body reduces the probability of failure.

Features and uses:

    1. The pneumatic three-way flange ball valve adopts an integrated structure and a 4-sided valve seat sealing type, with fewer flange connections and high reliability. The design achieves lightweight.

    2. The pneumatic three-way ball core is divided into T-shaped and L-shaped, with long service life, high flow capacity, and low resistance.

    3. Ball valves are divided into two types of action: single action and double action. The characteristic of single action is that once the power source fails, the ball valve will be in the required state of the control system.

Control method:

Pneumatic three-way flange ball valves are divided into L-type and T-type, and the direction of medium flow is shown in Figure 1. The L-shaped pneumatic three-way flange ball valve is suitable for switching the flow direction of the medium, and can connect two perpendicular channels. The T-shaped pneumatic three-way flange ball valve is suitable for separating, merging, or switching the flow direction of the medium. The T-shaped port can connect the three channels to each other or two of them. The pneumatic three-way flange ball valve generally adopts a two seat structure or a four seat structure.
